Location

The River Plantation communities* extend along the eastern end of Sawyer Brown Road in Nashville, Tennessee. There are 11 communities in all, and Section XI was the last one built. It comprises two different floor plans, including the very practical and sought after Andover plan. The shaded blue polygon covers the area owned by Section XI.

*Each River Plantation section is responsible for its own maintenance, budgeting, by-laws, and governance.
